This Privacy Policy describes how Kriativar uses the data provided by users of the Kriativar platform - www.kriativar.com.br.Kriativar is an education platform where students can create and share their own content, and student registration is done by the school and legal guardians. By registering on the Kriativar platform, the user expressly declares to know and agree with the terms and conditions described in this Privacy Policy. It is of paramount importance to highlight that Kriativar is concerned with the protection of the personal data of the users of the platform. For this reason, there will be no collection, processing, storage or use of the personal data requested in a different way or for purposes other than those explained in this Privacy Policy.

ABOUT PERSONAL DATA

We consider as personal data information that can lead to the personal identification of the user, such as his name and address, is considered personal data. Any other type of information will not be considered personal.

We emphasize that we need the requested data to provide desired services, fulfill customer requests and/or contact the user through Customer Service.

In addition, we may use user traffic data to make your experience with the platform more personalized and tailored.

According to art. 43, §2 and § 3 of the Consumer Protection Law, the user may at any time consult and change their personal data stored in Kriativar's records.

ABOUT THE GENERATED CONTENT

The content created by students on Kriativar will be inside the platform and can only be shared by the user himself through email or social networks, with whom he authorizes. People outside the Kriativar network will not have access to the students' portfolio.

The content will be available to the school, teachers and parents, being accessed by them through login and password.

It is expressly prohibited to create and share content that is offensive, abusive, defamatory, obscene, racist, sexually explicit, ethnically or culturally offensive, indecent, that promotes violence, terrorism, or illegal acts, that incites hatred for any race, sex, religion or sexual orientation, or that is objectionable, in reasonable discretion, by Kriativar, and Kriativar reserves the right to delete content if it falls within one of these options.

It is also prohibited to alter or remove, or attempt to alter or remove any trademark, copyright or other proprietary rights, which appear on the Platform or any content on the Platform.

It is prohibited to use the Platform to upload, publish, store, transmit, display, copy, distribute, promote, make available or communicate to the public any content that is any content that violates, plagiarises, misuses or infringes the rights of third parties, including, without limitation, copyright, trademark rights, rights of privacy or publicity, confidential information or any other right.

Kriativar, as well as its employees, agents, directors, officers and shareholders, may but have no obligation to review the content created or uploaded by its users, not assuming any obligation to monitor inappropriate content that has been uploaded by users in violation of these Terms of Use or applicable law, and which may, from time to time, infringe any third party rights. However, we will use our best efforts to delete and/or correct any such content as soon as we become aware of its existence, without prior notification to the user.

All content created by students is their responsibility and property. kriativar respects copyright laws and does not claim any ownership rights over the generated content.

The contents may be deleted by users at any time.

kriativar may use student-generated content, royalty-free and with prior authorization, in promotional materials and events.

SAFETY

Information collected by Kriativar is stored on a secure, password-protected server and only authorized persons have access to your Personal Information. We use industry standard encryption technologies with respect to the receipt and transfer of Personal Information. However, despite our best efforts, it should be noted that no Internet or cellular network transmission and no other data storage method can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY AGREEMENT

We reserve the right to amend the Privacy Agreement at any time and in our sole discretion. Upon any change to the Privacy Agreement, we will post the amended agreement on the App with notice of the changes and/or send you an email message or send you a text message or "short message service" (" SMS") via mobile telephony notifying you of the nature of the modifications and providing a link to the modified document for your review. In all cases, the use of information we collect is subject to the Privacy Agreement in effect at the time that information is collected.
